The account

Approved for one instrument at a time

Choose the instrument the workplace needs right now. The personality indicator measures 16 bipolar factors against a provisional norm and is used when somebody is being recruited. Trivsel measures the psychosocial work environment at group level, and only once at least five have answered. The Change Profile describes how you meet change, from the first shock until the new has landed. The Leadership Profile is a self-assessment of how you lead. Every report states where its number comes from and what it cannot carry.

You are approved for the instrument you need, and invoiced for that one. Payment is per piece. The same login can cover more than one instrument, once each of them is approved.

  • A workplace report and a department report, Danish questionnaire
  • Versioned consent, automatic anonymisation, an audit trail on every view

Comparison

Which one do I need?

The short answer: if somebody is being recruited, it is Indikator. If you need to know how the workplace is doing, it is Trivsel. If you need to understand how people meet change, it is the Change Profile. If a leader needs to see their own behaviour, it is the Leadership Profile. The long answer is below, including the row where they cannot swap places.

The Leadership Profile

The question it answers Where does this person sit relative to others — and relative to what the role requires? How do employees experience the psychosocial work environment here — and where do you differ from Denmark? How does this person react, learn and move when AI changes the work — and what will it take for them to succeed? How does this person actually lead — decisions, conflict, boundaries, safety, feedback and presence — and where should they start?
Typical use Recruitment and selection, most often for leadership roles, held against a role profile. It can also be run as a development programme with no role and no match — then they are participants, not candidates. A well-being survey across a workplace or its departments. Often as part of a statutory workplace assessment, or an effort that has to be prioritised together. AI transformation in an organisation: individual profiles and a leadership dashboard of what you do on Monday. Leadership development: individual profiles with a wheel and concrete development areas. The consultant invites, the leader answers.
Basis for comparison Normative. The raw score is converted to a sten score of 1–10 against a norm group. The norm is provisional and expert-set, and every report states which norm was used. Normative at group level. 0–100 on our own bands: green from 75, red at 50 or below. No person is compared with any other person. No norm. Unipolar 0–100 scales within the person. Jung axes are bipolar. DISC and workstyle are not in the readiness score. No norm. Eight fields on a 1–5 scale within the person. High means more of the construct, not better leadership.
What the number means How high the person sits on one factor compared with the norm group. A direction, not a precise measurement. The group's average on one topic. Green from 75, red at 50 or below. Below five responses, no number is shown. Pace and Anchor 0–100, four archetypes. Eight areas along Kübler-Ross and Bridges. A pattern, not a readiness score. The mean of six statements per field. A direction in your own behaviour, not a ranking against other leaders.
Can be used for selection Yes
As one element among several. Never as the only basis, and never as grounds for rejection in itself.
No
There is no individual score. A group report cannot be used to select, move or dismiss anybody, and we are not building a route to it.
No
A development and transformation tool. Not used for hiring, dismissal, promotion, or “unsuited to AI”.
No
A development tool. Not used for hiring, dismissal or promotion. “As seen by the team” is inferred, not measured.
Time for the participant About 35 minutes across four parts. Can be taken on a phone and resumed. About ten minutes. Can be taken on a phone and resumed. About 12–18 minutes. Can be taken on a phone and resumed. About 12–15 minutes. Can be taken on a phone and resumed.

Forbehold

Where the limits are

Indikator

Indikator is a new instrument. The norms are provisional and expert-set — decided by practitioners, not built from collected data. That is stated in every report. The English item bank is translated, not independently validated; an English response is scored against a Danish norm. The instrument's validity is not yet documented. Sten scores should therefore be read as a direction rather than a precise measurement, and a result never stands alone: hold it against experience, references and conversation. We write this because whoever reads the report has to be able to judge what it can carry.

Trivsel

The questionnaire is our own: 25 questions in eight themes. The report is group results, a traffic light on our own bands, a breakdown by department, discussion questions chosen from your answers, and the sheets you write in. There is no national average. A small department that lands below five responses gets no numbers — not even with a footnote. The survey is a starting point for a conversation at the workplace, not a report card on any one person. Note that the questionnaire and the report are in Danish: this instrument is built for Danish workplaces, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

Change Profile

The Change Profile is a reflection tool, not a selection instrument. It is not a clinical or psychometric test and not licensed MBTI. The report describes how the person typically meets change — not whether they can succeed.

The Leadership Profile

The Leadership Profile is a new development tool, not a selection instrument. The eight numbers are means of six statements. There is no norm group. “As seen by the team” is inferred from self-description, not measured with employees. The report is a snapshot and a starting point for a conversation, not a verdict on a leader.

The sample reports are open: an Indikator consultant report, a Trivsel group report, a change profile and a leadership profile. They are fictional. They show what you get, and what the report cannot carry.
