Pricing

A price per piece, per instrument, not a subscription

Each instrument is approved on its own and invoiced per piece. The amount is in the agreement — not on a price list.

The model

Six things that hold whatever the amount is

Each instrument is approved on its own and invoiced on its own. You pay per piece. The amount and any discount step are not on this page. They are written into the agreement before they become an invoice.

Who buys

The organisation, not the user

Approval sits with the company or the consultancy, one instrument at a time. How many colleagues have access does not change the price — there is no per-user price anywhere in the system.

What is bought

One piece at a time

A test is sold per piece. Buy several at once, for example 10 or 50, and the price per piece can be lower. The steps sit in the agreement, not here.

Four instruments

Approval and invoice per instrument

Indikator, Trivsel, the Change Profile and the Leadership Profile are approved separately and invoiced separately. The same login can hold more than one, once you are approved for each.

What costs nothing extra

Reports, languages, updates

Consultant and candidate reports, Danish and English, your accent colour, and the improvements that arrive in the instrument along the way.

Payment

Invoice, not card

The invoice comes from Profectify with a payment deadline. There is no card field in the system, and that is a choice: we never receive card details, so they cannot leak from here either. For customers outside Denmark with a valid VAT number, we invoice under the reverse charge.

Visibility

Usage sits in your account

Usage and invoices sit under your own organisation. You can see how many pieces have been used, without writing to ask.

The count

What counts as one piece

One piece is counted when the invitation is created — not when the response is completed. That is the honest way to do it: the other would make it free to fire invitations into the air. In return, resending to the same person does not count again. An invitation that is cancelled does still count. We write that here rather than letting you discover it in the count.

Why there is no figure here

The amount depends on the instrument, and on whether you buy one piece or a larger lot. A figure on this page would still have to be agreed before it became an invoice. So the figure is written into the agreement, and you see it before you pay.

There are no setup fees that appear later, and no automatic increase you have not seen. If any of that should change, it is in the agreement before it becomes an invoice.
